Review: Lest We Forget by Gabrielle Evans

[Siren LoveXtreme Forever ManLove: Erotic Alternative Fantasy Ménage Romance, M/M/M/M/M/M/M/M, demons, gods, consensual BDSM, sex toys, HEA]
When Athena comes to him right before Christmas with news that could potentially disrupt his perfect existence, Echo figures he should have seen it coming. Apparently, being happy is grounds for punishment, because now that his lovers have found peace, it’s time for Echo to fulfill his duties as Watcher.
Thankfully, Athena has a plan to appease the gods and allow Echo to stay with his mates. Orphaned, scared, and in need of a protector, Serenity comes with some wicked baggage, but Echo is instantly smitten with the tiny girl with raven ringlets and bright blue eyes.
Unfortunately, his warriors are a little more reserved. One by one, however, they’re realizing that becoming fathers isn’t as terrifying as they originally believed. In fact, if they’re willing to learn, Serenity might just be able to teach them a few things about love and acceptance that they’ve forgotten along the way.
Note: This book contains double anal penetration.
NOTE! This book is not stand-alone. Each book in the Fatefully Yours collection is a continuation of the previous book and must be read in the numbered order.
A Siren Erotic Romance

Review

Lest We Forget by Gabrielle Evans is a wonderful Christmas continuation of her Fatefully Yours Series.   Once again we are regaled by Echo and his demon mates; collectively sexy and seductive.  After two years together, life is beautiful for Echo and the warriors, but things are about to change.  Enter a pint-sized demon pixie and the boys are immediately smitten and seduced by her demeanor and love.  Ms. Evans leads the reader on a wonderful journey filled with solidarity, lust, and love.  Each man must come to terms with becoming instantaneous fathers, some more difficult than others.  But, as in the previous books of the series, the mighty shall fall.

I am a complete fan of this series and could not get enough of Echo and all the guys so I was particularly excited to see this book written.  Many authors write Christmas stories to add to their collection, but Ms. Evans’ writing is one a careful consideration thus setting her apart from the rest. Her dialogue is crisp and thoughtful; words of love, sarcasm, and wit; she completely integrates all her characters and gives each of them their just due.

I am totally enamored with the jocularity displayed by Echo, Hex and the rest of the mates. The sex is also heated, phenomenal and extremely explicit.  Ms. Evans’ writing makes one feel a part of their crazy, yet overwhelmingly loving family. Reading Lest We Forget felt like coming home.

  4. Nope. I'm not sure I've heard of it. Well, on the other hand, I might. I have so many 'book' things that I have a hard time remembering. I'll have to do a bit of research. I really love her writing and that series is one of her best. I've read them numerous times. I have also reread the Midnight Mating series. So Good!
