Ms. Keir’s book Chalkboard Romance was a wonderful diversion
for the afternoon. Set in a small town America you got the feel of a close knit
community, a good homey feel.

Mac is a world traveled news reporter, with the recent death
of his wife and the son he doesn't really know.
He is gun shy on meeting a woman after the mess with his marriage, and
his son Todd struggles to come to terms with his mother’s death and a father
just back in his life.
The story of Lauren and Mac is a sweet one with a passion and
heat that jumps off the pages. I enjoyed the emotional display by the
characters making you feel part of the story.
A feel good story that gives you a sense of hope for romance and love.
