Viviana Land just can`t seem to say no to her younger sister. Somehow, the curvaceous society page reporter gets lassoed into serving as her niece`s Busy Bee scout leader. Ms. Locey's book Pink Pucks and Power Plays is
set in the wonderful state of Pennsylvania. I have to say I enjoyed her sense
of humor in the book. She gave great
details of the area and the characters in the story.
Viviana is a journalist for a local paper but she longs for
better stories, with more excitement and bite to them. A chance meeting while
out with her niece’s group of Little Bee's Troop could be the break she is
looking for.
Alain is a famous hockey player that has shied away from the
press, especial after the tragic death of his family. He is on summer break
coaching kids with his friend and protector bear. In walk a woman he finds
total fascinating.
Will the story get in the way of romance or will Viviana make
the right choice, you will just have to read it to find out. A very nice read
and if you are into sports as well, even better. The sex was hot and well
placed in the book but the story is what will keep you reading more.
