With his stubborn daughter intent on giving up her future plans, his youngest son out of control and Ephraim not doing much better, Caleb struggles to keep his family together, risking his relationship with Jacob in the process. And, of course, the surprise guest that Martha brings with her doesn’t help matters either.
And as for Martha, her whole life has been an adventure of books and learning, until Albert captures her heart. But while she wrestles with her feelings, there’s a constant presence waiting in the wings. Someone that will catch her if she falls. Someone that always has, and always will. If she’ll let him.
No matter how far you go, there will always be a home for you in my heart.
Caleb and Jacob were as always, riveting characters with an
abundance of love for each other and their family.
Ms. Jane’s writing transformed a story of life and love and brought the
characters to life drawing me into their family and making any reader feel
accepted.
I became invested in their story; feeling every hurt, shedding
tears, and smiling as things unfolded.
With only two books left in the series I look forward to Ms. Jane’s series evolving, cresting,
and coming full circle. Martha and Joe, Ephraim and Joshua, Seth and Malcolm,
and our favorite young alpha Thaddeus- all members of a wonderfully special and
close-knit family- all with tales to tell.
The Alphas’ Homestead series may be classified as M/M, but it is much more. The series is a
work of love and the willful tenacity of one author’s desire to deliver a
carefully crafted story of the Fletcher-Carpenter family.
Definite S.E.X.
