the Freedom, Colorado Series was a sensual
fantasy set in the backdrop of suspense and adventure. Main character Danisa
has returned to her home town and started a surveillance business with her
closest girlfriends, all experts in some aspect of the job. While on a stakeout
Danisa captured a murder for hire thus propelling her into the arms of once
high school friend Brady, now sheriff of Freedom and his roommate Lucas, ranch
owner.
In order to keep her safe Brady invited Dani to their home
and from there the sparks flew. Lucas and Brady felt the sexual chemistry between
them and acted upon those feelings. The sex was explosive as both men became involved
with Dani.
Ms. Monroe wrote
a woman who was strong-minded and adventurous, while accepting her need for dominance
in the bedroom. Dani was any woman’s
best friend, non-pretentious, caring, and loyal. I especially loved her
tenacity and love of life.
Dominants Brady and Lucas were talented lovers and
wonderful friends, not only with each other, but with Dani and her circle of
girlfriends. Each man delivered a different personality which lent itself to
the viability of the new ménage. Ms.
Monroe delivered sexy characters with unadulterated souls that have now
found a place in this reader’s heart.
As the first book in the series, Ms. Monroe has delivered a winner. I look forward to reading the
next books as more ménages find their freedoms in Freedom, Colorado.
