S.E.X. Review~ Being That for You by Bronwyn Heeley

We all know what happens, boy meets boy. Boy realises he’s not as heterosexual as he believed he’s whole life. Boys kisses boy. Boys fall in love. And walla happily ever after

The thing is ever after is actually a long time and what happens in between can make or break even the strongest of starts

Note: The story you’re about to read started life as a blog story. I have left a few things in the original way because of its beginning.

Sometimes I pick up a book and even though I’ve read the blurb, the story throws me for a loop and crashes into my world. Bronwyn Heeley’s Being That for You was just that book.

The characters were beautifully written and endearing. A timeless love story from start to finish.

The relationship forged from friendship to love between Jake and Mike radiated throughout the pages, drawing me in and filling my heart. The short story packed emotional angst and well-delivered characterization.

I laughed. I cried. But most of all I developed a relationship with Mike and Jake which brought joy, sorrow, and peace to my soul.

A five handcuff review
