Can you ever hold on to a ghost?
Elliot is tracking an elusive killer, codenamed Ghost, with ties to organized crime. Every time the Sanctuary team gets close, Ghost slips their grasp.
Cole has nowhere left to turn. With his father dying and his sister in danger, he turns for help to the very people trying to track him down. Sanctuary’s assistance is what he needs to punch another hole in Varga’s organization.
When Elliot and Cole meet, it isn’t just passion that consumes them. When lust becomes something more, Elliot realizes that sometimes you can’t hold on to a ghost, and that sacrifice is often the only way to make things right.

Ghost was an exciting
addition to RJ Scott’s Sanctuary series and a glimpse into the cat
& mouse-like world of the operatives involved. Elliot was on the hunt after
the elusive Ghost- the man who was entwined in their lives in more ways than
one. The chase began- bad guys ran amok, good guys speeding forward, and two very
sexy men falling fast for each other.
RJ Scott delivered sexy,
larger than life men with a penchant for getting into tight spots, and walking
the fine line between law abiding citizen and rogue. As operatives, the men of
Sanctuary took chances in their professional lives, as well as their personal
ones.
What I most enjoyed about the series and Ghost in particular, was that Ms. Scott never failed to allow the men
to grow in the steadfast knowledge that goodness must prevail and those which
deserve to pay were punished. Additionally, insta-love was not part of the author’s
portrayal for Elliot and Cole, but instead, the simmering burn needed to take
the edge off and feel human again. In this, and in times of distress, the two
men forged a bond, sealing them as the newest couple in Sanctuary.
Ghost was fast paced,
twist and turn, and an enigmatic read, leaving this reader chomping at the bit
for the next book in the series.
