Maybe this Time by Annabelle Jacobs was sweet and sour, as Matt and Ryan waded through sexual release with little to no strings attached. The two men, hell-bent on keeping their friendship one sexual encounter at a time, soon found themselves in a “relationship” with a major decision as to what’s next?

While I liked both characters, I found Matt a tad bit obtuse and Ryan slightly whiny. For men already thirty-six and thirty, the level of maturity somewhat lacked in their development and characterization.

What I did love about the story…. their families. Both men adored their parents and the devotion and love shined through.

A nice read with likeable secondary characters.
