S.E.X. Review~ Pieces of You by N.R. Walker

Missing Pieces Series, Book One

Dallas Muller has everything he never expected he’d have. He owns a successful motorbike mechanic shop in Newcastle, and he’s madly in love with his boyfriend of four years, Justin Keith.

Justin has always struggled to find where he fit in, never realising his true worth or what it means to be loved—until he met Dallas. Living and working together might be too much for some, but Dallas and Justin wouldn’t have it any other way.

When a terrible accident tears their world apart, Justin’s left with no memory of Dallas or their relationship. Trying to put the pieces back together is almost impossible when some pieces are blank and some are missing altogether. Dallas has to let Justin find his own way back to him and just hope that their love will light the way.

Pieces of You by N.R. Walker left my heart heavy but with the promise of more. The first in her new series Missing Pieces, main characters, Justin and Dallas found love and turmoil in this angsty tale.

An unfortunate accident left Justin with amnesia, five years missing from his life, and a boyfriend he did not remember. Dallas loved Justin and stood by him through it all.

The book took the reader on a journey of healing in the wake of confusion and unknown. Ms. Walker focused on the positives of life and how even in uncertainty life could go on. Dallas and Justin were loving characters before the accident and the same held true afterwards- they just needed to find the common ground to bring them back. This was not a story neatly wrapped in a bow, and I appreciated that Ms. Walker did not attempt to make it so. She delivered a real story despite wanting to deliver an HEA. Real feelings, real capabilities, and real memories were just a small piece of Pieces of You.

The story was not forced but took the twists and turns with slow dignity and grace. The first in her new series, I look forward to seeing Dallas and Justin find each other again and grow to better than what they were before. Staring over again was not an easy task, but the author gave credence to the delicate dance they navigated and gave her readers a heartwarming story of acceptance and hope.

Pieces of You was a must read.
A five handcuff review
