Let's talk sweets. When I think of Valentine's Day I think romance and sweets, and of course a sexy book. For me, romance with my hubby and dark chocolate covered strawberries is the way to go.

My favorite sweet treats are old fashioned ginger cookies. A shot of Irish whiskey in a cup of hot cocoa isn't bad either. As for sexy book treats, I write paranormal fantasy romance, so that's a good bet, but also I am highly drawn to Scottish Highlanders in historical romances. Give me a laird!

Conversation hearts are my favorite valentine's treat. I like cowboys too, though thanks to the hop I'm adding a bunch of new to me books to my to read list. Hopefully I'll discover some new favorites!

Thanks for the giveaway! Sometimes I wish I was swept away by someone's love especially on Valentine's Day. Being young, I have yet to have the opportunity. If I could choose any man in the world to sweep me away, I would certainly choose Alexander Skarsgard. He's nice, funny, polite and well educated. If I could pick a fictional man, I would choose Jamie Fraser from "Outlander." With his rough physicality, loving sensibility, and fierce passion, I know I would be happy for the rest of my life. I wish I could be swept away to New Zealand or Scotland, somewhere beautifully green and primitive.

For treats I like to get a couple bags of Hershey's Milk chocolate Kisses. I unwrap a whole bunch at once and have them in a bowl by me so I have them handy when I am reading. As for what book, that really depends on my mood. Has to have romance/HEA of course, but beyond that it can be anything from fantasy to shifters to sci-fi to contemporary. And just about any combo of gender. I just don't do f/f or historical(unless it has time travel).
