I’ve enjoyed
each book in the All Cocks series but
Dare to Hope was by far my favorite.
The end of books 3 left us with the inclination of another throuple in Micah,
Gabe, and Tristan and TM Smith
knocked it out of the park.
While all three
men were different, they were also very complimentary of each other. The
fun-loving Gabe, stoic Micah, and strong and solid Tristan- each a third of a
triad formed a friendship and relationship.
Ms.
Smith accentuated the slow build of the
friendship which formed between the men allowing things to traverse through
moments of life’s hardships and life’s most thrilling moments. It was apparent
that care was utilized when Ms. Smith
carved out her characters as family and love were at the forefront of the
story.
The secondary
characters~ the Brennan’s, Victor, Andrew and Mattie and the rest of the All
Cocks boys~ all added to the appeal.
Sensitive
issues~ PTSD, loss of love~ all subjects handled with sensitivity, delivering
the realism encountered when facing the crisis. Kudos Ms. Smith.
